Gary Mottershead
Gary Mottershead has had an extensive and highly successful entrepreneurial career. He is the president and founder of GCP Elastomeric Inc., an importer of industrial rubber products from China. With over 20 years of international experience in the rubber/plastics industries, Gary has transformed his experiences into a unique source service called The China Link Navigator*. This program assists companies who want to maximize their opportunities when dealing with China. He also consults with organizations through his personal development company, SPARKE Inc.
Gary attended the University of Western Ontario, graduating with a degree in chemical engineering, and then went on to earn an MBA. A participant in the Strategic Coach® Program since 1991, Gary is currently in the Strategic Coach® Masters program and also attends quarterly sessions of Coach2®, an advanced program focused on the unique packaging of the entrepreneurial business. He coaches workshops for Strategic Coach® in Toronto.
