About Our Coaches
Ross Slater
Ross Slater is the co-founder and president of Highspot Inc., a Toronto-based company that works with business owners to guide, package, produce, and sell their intellectual property ideas as knowledge products. Highspot helps clients present their intellectual property for maximum return when selling their ideas in the marketplace.
In association with Strategic Coach® since 1994, Ross is an accomplished facilitator, speaker, and coach. Ross travels internationally to speak on behalf of Strategic Coach, and also leads Strategic Coach® Program workshops in Toronto, Chicago, and Los Angeles, as well as coaching The On-site Advantage™ workshops. He attends quarterly Strategic Coach® Masters workshops led by Dan Sullivan.
Ross holds an honors degree in economics from Glendon College at York University in Toronto. Prior to co-founding Highspot, he worked with several management consulting and coaching companies, giving him nearly two decades of experience working with entrepreneurs and their teams. Ross is known for his contagious energy and his strong interest in personal and professional development, both for himself and others.
